CHRISTY.
principal & coach
Christy has been leading and coaching since 2002. Drawing from deep experience in human development, organizational behavior and the clarifying power of the outdoors, she supports her clients to reduce mental clutter, identify their purpose-driven vision, and overcome obstacles that get in the way.
Christy has a B.A. in Anthropology and an M.A. in Human Development & Organizational Systems. She holds professional certifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Conflict Resolution and Professional Coaching, Lean methodology andChange Management, and is a certified facilitator for a variety of personal and organizational assessment tools. Christy is currently working on her PhD in Organizational Leadership & Change with a focus on using nature to amplify the benefits of executive coaching.
Christy’s professional experience includes customer service, retail and production management, HR and organizational effectiveness consulting and professional coaching. Together with her husband and dogs, Christy enjoys hiking, biking, climbing, backpacking, mountaineering and other outdoor pursuits. Together they also own and operate two small businesses, Benchmark Vehicles and Urban Timberworks, located in Portland, Oregon.
