EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACHING

FOR INDIVIDUALS

One on one coaching from Outside Edge accelerates professional development, clarifies purpose and enhances personal brand. Coaching enables behavior change and helps sharpen personal leadership practices. It  can be especially helpful during or preparing for times of challenge and transition. Style assessments and 360 degree feedback may be combined with coaching to help inform developmental actions. 

Typical engagements are  4-12 sessions, conducted in person, by phone or video conference. 

SMALL GROUP COACHING

Tailored to the group's size and objectives, group coaching from Outside Edge is used to accelerate shared capability, identify collective strengths and opportunities, boost accountability, and establish the behaviors of an intentional team culture. Small group coaching may also be used to help develop practices of peer coaching, and enable group members to act as coaches for each other after work with Outside Edge is complete. 

NATURE-BASED COACHING

Interaction with nature can be a powerful complement to the coaching process. Outside Edge encourages outdoor and walking coaching sessions as opportunities to restore attention and gain wisdom and insight from the natural world. Session length, physical activity level and location are tailored to your needs. Half, full day and overnight outdoor coaching intensives for individuals and groups are available upon request.
